A cross stitch pattern by Blackbird Designs. Look at this beautiful feathered friend! This beautiful blue bird perched on the rooftop of a large colonial house. Flower pots with beautiful blooming flowers are stitched at the doorway. Vines and flowers grace the design. Title was inspired from a sonnet by John Clare (1793-1864) ... "I love to see the summer beaming forth". Stitch count 91 w x 91 h. Model stitched on 36 ct linen using Weeks Dye Works floss (DMC conversion included).
